Equity through Design Mentorship strives to offer a Safe Space. We actively work against harmful discrimination, criticism, harassment or any other emotional or physical harm. We take our accountability seriously by requiring all mentors to have participated in the implicit bias and anti-racism training; training to understand our sexual harassment protocols.
